DOMESTIC CLEANING
Our homes are our personal spaces. It is never easy to let a stranger into your personal space. Our cleaning staff are wonderful people sensitive to all these possibilities. We are proud to say that our staff are honest and cautious with your valuables and breakables.
Our cleaners are also aware of the cleaning that your home requires. Our standards are impeccable. On your request we provide:
Daily Cleaning
- dust/polish surfaces
- vacuum all carpets,
- sweep and mop all hard floor areas,
- clean bathrooms,
- wash and iron clothes
- clean all kitchen surfaces and appliances and
- clean skirting boards
- Disinfect Bathrooms, urinals, hand basins
- Scrubbing down of wall tiles
- Wash down windows and sills
- Changing of linen
OFFICE CLEANING
We spend most of our day at the office. It is important that your environment is clean and respectable.
Office and reception area:
- Remove, wash and dry mugs and other crockery. Put away in cupboard.
- Remove any visible cobwebs
- Vacuum all floors, incl. door mat, ensuring you get into all corners and under desks.
- Dust/wipe all desks (customer to ensure staff tidy desk space to make access easy)
- Empty bins and replace bin bags
- Wipe clean and disinfect door handles.
Where applicable:
- Vacuum reception areas, landing areas and clean staircases and railings.
Toilet(s):
- Wash and disinfect floors (incl behind the door)
- Scour and clean toilet bowls and sinks (incl taps) with appropriate materials
- Sanitise and clean toilet seats, cisterns and exterior of toilet bowl
- Replenish toilet roll (customer to supply unless otherwise agreed)
- Wipe clean any mirrors
Kitchen area:
- Clean exterior and interior of microwave oven (if applicable)
- Wash up and clear sink and draining board
- Refill kitchen towels, hand wash and washing up liquid as required (customer to supply unless otherwise agreed)
- Empty bins and replace bin bags (customer to supply unless otherwise agreed)
- Wipe exterior of kitchen appliances (kettle, toaster etc)
- Hoover and mop floors
Weekly/Monthly tasks
- Dust all surfaces (desks, displays, top of wall hangings/pictures, light fittings, filing cabinet, skirting, monitors, keyboards, PC mice, tops of computers (inc. towers), tops of radiators, air conditioner, window sills/frames, wall clocks)
- Wipe skirting boards, painted surfaces (i.e. cupboard doors below displays)
CONSTRUCTION SITE CLEANING
Construction and after construction involves the cleaning of dust, paint marks and other construction-related dirt.
Construction site clean is carried out while a construction project or building development is underway. After construction clean is when the building work is completed and the development requires a final clean before handover. Most of the heavy cleaning will have been carried out and this is more of a sparkle clean so the builders cleaning price will be lower.

END OF TENANCY
End of rental cleaning refers to the specialist deep cleaning of your rented flat or house before the new tenants move in. It’s also called move out cleaning, tenancy cleaning and just deep cleaning.
Do I need it?
Essentially whether or not you will need to carry out end of tenancy cleaning will depend largely on your tenancy agreement.
Most modern tenancy agreements state that you need to have your rented flat or house professionally cleaned before you move out.
This is to ensure you present the rented property back in the same way you received it and secure your full deposit back.
